The name of the league is The Ultimate Survivor League. As the name says, it's a survivor league and as I said above, if you don't put up a top team each and every week, you'll probably end up going home. Here's some basic information about the league.

*12 teams
*16 player rosters
*Starting lineups are 1 QB, 1-2 RB's, 3-4 WR's, 0-1 TE's, 1 K and 1 Def
*The league fee is $20. I know it's a low fee, but you'll understand the reason for it below.
*Trading is ONLY allowed between when the draft order is set and the day before the start of the regular season. NO trading is allowed during the season. There's a reason for that: Which you'll see below.
*Waivers will run twice a week and you can do 2 waivers during each period.
*Right now, the draft is set to begin on August 27. 2008. At this time, I have no intentions of moving the date unless it's a couple of days earlier.
* PAYOUTS are as follows:
League Champion gets $170 PLUS gets to keep One player from his roster, regardless of position, for the following season ONLY.
Runner up gets to keep One player from his roster that is either a WR or TE, for the following season ONLY.

*Okay, below are the rules for how this will work:

** The team with the Lowest Point Total after weeks 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, & 15 will be eliminated. Meaning that after the first 2 weeks are over, the team that has the lowest point total from those 2 games, will be eliminated. Then the team that has the lowest point total after the first 4 games have been played, will be eliminated. Etc etc.
** Once a team has been eliminated, that team will have all of his abilities blocked. I.E. He can no longer drop players or pick up players vie waivers etc.
** Also, once a team has been eliminated, ALL of the players on that team will be dropped into the FA pool and will then be eligible to be picked up by the other owners vie waivers during the next waiver period. So the longer you stay alive, the better your team will be.
** The last team standing, after week 16, will be the League Champion.

Now maybe you can see why the league fee is so low. It would royally suck to pay $50 then get booted after the 2nd week. Lol The $20 fee covers the site fee and gives us something to work for.

I need 6 more owners to get this league up and running. Are there not 6 owners out there who they're good enough owners to win this league??? LOL

PS. Just in case anyone missed why there's a no trade rule during the season, it's to prevent an owner who knows he's probably going to get the boot after the upcoming weekend, from trading away his best players rather then having them go into the WW pool. I want everyone playing their best every week and each team will need all of their players to do that.

Although, I think my biggest problem is people are afraid of being the first team to get booted. LOL J/K
