Anyone wants to get into FFPIL but there just isn't enough positions available? Anyone feels they don't have enough experience to join FFPIL but think they have what it takes to learn all about it?

I have Staff Positions open on my team in a league setup very similiar to FFPIL. Currently there are openings for Offensive and Defensive Co-Ordinators and Scouts.

Anyone interested can send me a PM and I will be glad to give you more information.

Correct title of this thread should be "HAFA-Type Leauge", as HEAT, FFPIL, HAFA-X, HOPE, etc. are all derived from John Carson's HAFA format.
End of history lesson. The format is fun, and anyone looking to break into FFPIL would get a good education by taking up the offer.

So does that mean you'll never say "west coast offense" again but instead say "the Sid Gillman offense"? icon_razz.gif

Disagree with the suggestion that those other ones are FFPIL minor leagues, but agree with the fun part and learning part. huh.gif

I think the title of this thread is dead on in the perspective of it's setting and intention to attract attention. twocents.gif

FFPIL is the marquee league for this site and the league that eggs is hiring for is similar in type to it. The thread will drum up more curiousity with this title IMO.

Right GoGo... I didn't want to step on anyones toes by posting openings on this site for a league that was a Flagship League for another site. I actually sent out some PM's to a few people to judge what my correct action and wording should be, and also where the correct placement in the forums should be.

Also given the history of it all, I wasn't certain how many people were familiar with HAFA. I know the FFPIL owners and senior staff know exactly what it is, but for those trying to get into FFPIL, in these boards, they may not know what HAFA is, let alone HEAT or HOPE.

I would love for anyone with any interest at all to check it out. Especially if you are starting to dislike Y! Leagues or tired of redraft format. Want to learn IDP's and what they are? This is a good place to do it.

Send me a PM or post here.

Positions are still open if anyone has interest.

OC has been filled by SCRIBE.
DC has been filled by Chris LaBarge.

I am now looking for someone new, who has no clue about FFPIL or any HAFA STYLE leagues, and has a love for the NFL DRAFT, and the desire to learn the format.

Everything will be taught. There will be a nice roster of staff who will explain the budgets, the RFA and UFA auctions. Your love for College Football and scouting players and talent will be the heart of it all, but plenty of opportunities to learn.

Please contact me through the following avenues:
1] send YIM to Eggsaladgardens
2] PM here in FF.com
3] email Eggsaladgardens@yahoo.com
