Hello All,

I run 4 very different kinds of leagues. As always happens at this time of the year, I've had some guys drop out of 2 of those leagues. ie the first two shown below. The 3rd league is a new league I've set up for this year.

I've tried to give the general idea about the leagues, but if you'd like to find out more about them, please go to the league web site, go to the Bylaws section and look over the Rules listed in the Additional Rules Section.

I'm looking for quality owners who will put a lot of effort into maintaining their teams throughout the season.

Anyway, here's the leagues:

The All Play League - http://www30.myfantasyleague.com/2008/home/21515 - 2 Owners Needed

The name of this league pretty much explains what it's all about. It's a league of 12 teams and every team plays every other team each week. Some basic particulars about the league:

*League fee is $50.00 (All Fees Are Paid Out as winnings. I get $0 for running the league)
*12 teams
*18 player rosters (20 during the offseason)
*There are 3 different starting lineups that you can use for RB's and WR's.
*Each team gets to keep 4 players for one year after they are drafted. However, those players must come, 1 each, from rounds 4-7, 8-11, 12-15, & 16-20. There are no restrictions on number of players per position. Also, waiver wire players may also be kept based on the rules listed in the additional rules section of the site.
*The top 6 teams after the week 13 games make the playoffs. We have a Toilet Bowl Playoffs as well and the winner of that gets to keep an extra player that was drafted after the 8th round last year and the 6th round this year.

The Starting Lineup Keeper League - http://www34.myfantasyleague.com/2008/home/20469 - 1 Owner Needed

*League fee is $75.00 (All Fees Are Paid Out as winnings. I get $0 for running the league)
*12 teams
*20 player rosters
*Starting Lineup is 1 QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's, 1 TE, 1 K & 1 Def.
*As the name says, each owner MUST keep enough players and only enough players to form a full starting lineup. However, there are restrictions on who these players are. Namely, a player can only be kept for one year after they have been drafted.
*There are several other rules concerning these Keepers and players called Homer Players on the league web site until the Bylaws report section.
*In this league, the 3 division winners make the playoffs and 3 wild card teams make the playoffs. The other 6 teams play in a Toilet Bowl Playoffs for an extra 1st round pick at the end of the 1st round. I.E. the 13th pick in the first round.

The Draft Masters League – http://www.36.myfantasyleague.com/2008/home/67225 - 3 owners needed.

*League fee is $75.00 (All Fees Are Paid Out as winnings. I get $0 for running the league)
*12 teams
*30 player rosters
*Starting lineup is 1-2 QB’s, 2-3 RB’s, 4-6 WR’s, 1-2 TE’s, 1 K, 1 Team Def & 1 Team Off
*This league is the true definition of what it means to be a Draft Master. Why? Because, over the course of the next 6 months, each owner will draft 30 players. After the last round of the draft is over with, the only way to acquire players is through trades. That’s right. NO WAIVERS!!! It’s up to each owner to try to ferret out, BEFORE the season starts, which players will come out of no where during the regular season.
*The draft will be broken up into 3 sections of 10 rounds each. The first 10 round draft will start on or about March 9th, the second 10 round draft will start in mid May and the third 10 round draft will start in mid to late August. Each section of 10 rounds will have it’s own restrictions when it comes to how many players of each position can be drafted. This will prevent any team from hoarding players.
*In this league, the 3 division winners and the 3 teams who scored the most total points for the regular season, from the 9 remaining teams, will make the regular playoffs. The other 6 teams will make the Toilet Bowl Playoffs.

All 3 are great leagues with really good people in them. The first two were very competitive last year and the third will test anyone's ability at drafting quality players. ie The Draft Masters League

We've all seen leagues where a guy picks up a few players during waivers and all the sudden is a team nobody wants to play. Well, in this league, you have to figure out who these waiver wire wonders are BEFORE the season ever starts.

With the larger starting lineups, you really have to be smart and know your stuff during the draft. Sure, some people are going to get lucky, but it will only be those who put in the effort, who find themselves at the top of the league at the end of the season.

Anyway, The Draft Masters League is the one I really need owners for right now. As it's draft, or the first 10 rounds of the draft, will be starting as soon as the league is full. The Starting Lineup Leagues draft won't start until Mid May and The All Play Leagues first draft won't be until Mid July.

I am sure i could go through a lot of private leagues forums here and find members not involved in certain leagues posting replys heck im guilty of it myself.

Personally, I don't mind people responding in this thread, but I would prefer that they be responding because they want to join one of my leagues. LOL

Although, at least this shows that people are looking down here at the bottom of the page for leagues to join. That's always a plus.

I was just informed that for the All Play League, the link I posted on here doesn't give an indication of which players can be kept under the rules of the league. Mainly because it's the 2008 web page and that doesn't have the rounds drafted for players.

Here's the link for the 2007 league web page. I've actually got it set to show the two teams rosters that are up for sale. Although, I do have someone looking over the Jedi Knights team. The BrownsRock team is the other one for sale.

Also, keep in mind, that any owner that takes over this team CAN do some trading to improve his keepers for this league. There are plenty of teams with 2 or more quality keepers in all rounds that would probably be more then willing to trade.

Well, hopefully I can get someone from this great to take over the one team in the Starting Lineup League and the 2 teams in the All Play League. I "think" the Draft Masters League is full. I'm waiting on a yes from one person.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the bold part of your message Kingdiamond? I'm going to assume you're saying that I've been putting up a lot of posts lately, but I know that the only reason I'm doing it, is to A ) Get answers to questions I have about certain players etc, or B ) Answer questions posted by other board members.

Unlike Deziman, who, no offense to him, seems to be doing exactly what you said by not really responding to posts, but putting smiley faces and thumbups on every message. I'm not all that worried about bumping my post numbers. I'm only here to talk FF with other knowledgeable FF people.

Sorry for the mixup LoneWolf but king wasn't talking about you at all here. Everybody knows you aren't padding you count. I've read almost all of your posts and each one is filled with content and is a betterment to the boards.

Well if you want to go and call out anybody for posting meaningless replys i think your going to end up with a very long list of members.

I was the first guy to hit 10.000 posts on this website and up until that time 90% of my posts were legit fantasy sports questions or replys since then ive lightened my stance on post padding because im truly enjoying some of the crap that we members as a whole are digging up priceless !!

You got a point but i didnt think it was right to pile on one guy when ive seen others do the same thing over and over time and time again .

To get back to why I posted this message, lol, I have had 2 more openings come up in the All Play league mentioned above. Here are the rosters for those teams. You can look in the Additional Rules section of the site to see which players can be kept under the rules posted there.

Both have some pretty good keepers, but if you don't see anyone you really like, keep in mind, you can trade players from one set of keepers for players in another set of keeper rounds.
