f*** the fun?

did you say f*** the fun? LMAO

Dude, taxi squad is just a cheap way to expand the roster. It's supposed makes you feel more like a real NFL franchise with a practise squad. It allows you to lay exclusive claim to a player, but you can't use him unless you promote him to the active roster.

Again, if you want your league to be able to hoard more players, I just recommend you increase the total roster size.

Or you can use the NFL rules on practice squad guys to make it more exciting. Rules about eligibility and player aquisition from other teams may be applied.

Practice SQUAD rules
Jokers
We have 4 slots, rookies or 2nd year players only. Once they are activated to an active roster, can never go back to taxi squad. Players traded from one TS can go to another TS. Rookies acquired from waivers can go on TS providing they weren't previously activated.

We did this rather than expand the roster (which was discussed) as just a way to develop rookies that were personal sleepers, since we have a 7 round rookie draft each year and get pretty deep (our regular roster is 26).
