I have 4 openings in a startup dynasty league. We will start drafting sometime in early August. The rest of the rules are posted at the league. It is the first draft of the rules and will tweak if other owners want to chime in.

Blind bidding for free agents
scoring:
Pass TDs, 4, 6, or 8 depending on length
rush/recep TDs, 6, 8, 10 depending on length
pass 1pt/20 yds, rush,recep 1pt/10 yds
1 pt per reception except RBs
RB: 0.5 per reception, 0.1 per carry
bonus of 2, 5, or 8 pts for 100, 200, 300 yards rush or recep yds or 300, 400, 500 yds passing.
K and D scoring, see website.
