Any Rattler fans recieve refunds as yet?
The Rattler website had said refunds would be issued by Feb 15.
But, the date has been removed from the policy statement on the website.

As requested, a letter dated 1-6-9 was faxed to and recieved by the Rattler's for a full refund of $873.10. The Rattler's advised, quote, "refunds will be sent no later than February 15, 2009". Today, I received a check for 1/3, $291.03, with a letter stating, quote, "next installment will be sent out no later than May 31, 2009"
This is contrary to the previous statements and is unacceptable. I requested full refund in the timely fashion as the Rattlers stated on website. I demand the Rattler's return the balance of my money now. What kind of way is this to treat the Rattler's potential future fanbase?
What can be done to correct this situation?
Please help any way you can to get my money returned to me now.

I received my first of three refund checks. The second one was never received, it was supposed to be sent out in May. Makes me wonder why it is 3 weeks late.

Local news channel '3 On Your Side', newscast unable to secure refunds for rattlers fans.
unable to directly contact any team representatives.

This does not look good. Looks like they will take the money and run.

Not good for a guy that has been just diagnosed with cancer. I need all the help I can get.
