Congratulations to the Rattlers on a fine season. It is hard to lose a tough one to Grand Rapids, especially in the way we lost.

I would have run play action pass fade route on both 3rd and 4th down, but I wont second guess the coach.

Coach Guy had a great season, much more then I expected.

Ambient, I guess as I was typing my thread you did this thread. I agree with you in regards to the 3rd and 4th down plays. Would have been nice to at least one pass play. The AZ Republic had an artilce about the game and the injuries to our FB/LB, that is why Smoker ran it three times. Coach Guy did a good job overall considerng how young the team is. I think the jury is still out on him It did seem like at times he did seem confused about what to do on offense. That is more on Skip Foster. As for the defense he is a defensive guru, so I certainly hope he upgrades the defense. Overall the season was okay. I am looking forward to a better season next year and a long run in the playoffs. With four straight years of disappointment the Rattlers need to win or else the fan base will get smaller. Not me as I am renewed for next year.
