The letter received today to distroy the playoff tickets we received with the original season ticket package but there were no other tickets included? WTF?

Wierd, I received no such letter, I assumed the playoff ticket (like every other year) was still good.

When I received my season tickets it did not come with playoff tickets. I still have not received the tickets for Monday night. I tried to call the office yesterday afternoon but kept getting voicemail. I now have to wait until Monday so I can get my tix will-called.

We had some accounts that did not receive playoff tickets with their original package and others that had done reprints over the course of the season. In those cases, we had to re-print and re-send their playoff tickets. Assuming you received your playoff tickets with the original package and did not make any changes during the course of the season, the tickets you received with your original package are valid for Monday night. I hope that clarifies. Anyone who may have received the letter (and did not receive replacement tickets along with it) should call our office on Monday just to make sure everything is squared away. I hope that helps.
