I was at the Dallas game. It was spectacular! One of the things that none of the write-ups mentions was that with 18 seconds left Dallas scored a touchdown to pull ahead by 5 points. At this point the croud went wild and started throwing little white footballs onto the field in celebration of their win. It took about 5 or 6 minutes to clear the field and settle everyone down. Then we stopped the 2 point conversion and drove down to steal the game from them. You virtually could have heard a pin drop after we scored with no time left, except for the screaming Rattlers fans that went nuts.

Listening on the radio I could hear the Dallas crowd screaming on the final play. I was hoping the Rattlers would score, then listening to the last play it sounded like Smoker just got rid of the ball before being hit. I figured a play off the net was coming, but to my surprise and joy the next thing I know the Rattler radio announcer stated a leaping grab by Devoe, then TOUCHDOWN. Nice to see the Rattlers play a complete game and come out with the victory. Hopefully they can build on this a start a nice winning streak going into the playoffs.

What a shame that the game wasn't televised. But Smoker is playing great.

Nice pics. We thought being by the Rattlers' bench would be the best seats, but the opposite end zone proved to be the best. FYI... IF anyone doesn't know about www.rattlersninthman.com you should stop by there regularly. Ray does a spectacular job with that website.
