I read reports that Lang Campbell should be starting this week --giving Jeff Smoker a much needed break. I'm optimistic that lang can make the difference.

Smoker didn't help himself keep the starting position in the last game, huh? I believe that our O line has definitely improved, all we need is a quarterback that will make quick yet appropriate decisions and move the ball. I personally believe this means not waiting for Burley to sprint the length of the field, but rather hitting Harvey, Nickerson, or JJ for the close gain. Any of those 3 are quite capable of turning a short pass into a long gain. Harvey especially. I have officially come around with Trufant. He shone in Chicago. I am quite proud of the way our defense played against the Rush. Take away the 4 turnovers by Smoker, I mean the offense, and we were in the game.
Anyone else notice that after we win in Tampa Bay this week, we will be tied for the second best record in our conference? And after Philly whips San Jose we will look even better. Especially after Colorado loses to a good Gladiators' team and Orlando beats Grand Rapids. And once we get a QB that gets into a rhythm with the talented group of receivers we have, there is no telling where we'll go.
Anyway, let's stay focused on the Storm, for now.
