Anyone else notice that on your season tickets the FRIDAY, April 25th game against the Georgia Force is printed as MONDAY April 25? I was excited for a minute when I saw 3 Monday night football games, then I looked at a my schedule and a calendar.

The schedule says Friday.
The calendar says Friday.
The parking pass says Friday. (Getting a place to park is half the battle, right?)
So Friday it is!
Some folks might just have a problem with this so I sent Blake Edwards an email letting him know about the printer's error and suggested they send out a post card to the season ticket holders.

I have already received a response from Blake. Here it is:
Thanks, Ray. We noticed the error as soon as the tickets came back from the printer. We will be sending a postcard and making phone calls to season ticket holders as we get closer to the game date. That game also falls on a potential NBA playoff date..so there is an outside chance that we will need to move the game anyway.
That should take care of the problem!
Now let me editorialize a bit. After all, I am a media mogul in addition to being a season ticket holder, so editorializing just comes natural, right?
I am very impressed that the President of the franchise responded to me on a Saturday morning. I expected a response but not until Monday at the earliest. But this clearly shows how much the Rattlers care about their fans.
I doubt I would get a response on Saturday morning from Ron Jaworski if I was in Philly. Or Ditka if I was in Chicago.

I sent an e-mail to Jon Bon Jovi this morning regarding his intended appearance in Chicago. Got a reponse about 60 minutesx before game time. Let's not get too carried away with responding to emals on the weekends. It's great to hear of the quick response but rather than having to do it there should have been more attenton to getting the tickets right in the first place. If I had made that mistake at my job it would have been my A**.
I'm sure Bon Jovi has "people" that respond to his emails for him 24-7.
And I'm just as sure that someone at the printing company is reading the Help Wanted ads in this morning's AZ Republic.

The free extra tickets for tonights game also have Saturday listed for March 10th...
Well, it's official. The Suns will play the San Antonio Spurs at US Airways Center on April 25 so we are going to be bumped.

According to the USAIRWAYS CENTER site there is nothing planned for Saturday 4/26. Well at least nothing is showing. Hopefully the game will be moved to Saturday night.

Where did you get your info? I just looked and there is nothing else going on there on the 25th except the Rattlers game. This is how it reads as of this morning. Just wondering I have not heard anything about that. The only thing that I did know was that the tickets had the wrong day of the week on them. Please let me know.

Ok I just found what you are talking about. It is on azcentral.com that the Suns are playing on the 25th and 27th. I sure hope they let us know soon what is going on with our game.
The Georgia game has been officially moved to Saturday night April 26 at 7:00 PM.
The media has been notified by email so I suspect there will be something in the papers very soon.
There is also an announcement about it on the Rattlers website.
An email has been sent to everyone who has registered their email address with the Rattlers and the front office will try to call all season ticket holders to let them know..
