Heard they were mailed last week but haven't seen them yet

One L called today and was told that they were mailed yesterday and today. Well, yesterday was Sunday so I doubt the accuracy of that. If they were mailed today, most should get their tickets before the first home game, but if there are any slip ups by USPS, there will be a mess come game night. I got a call from a former Rattlers employee that heard from someone who got their tickets today. They said they got nothing but generic printet tickets like you would get from like TicketMaster. Well, didn't the Rattlers season end in May or early June? If so, that's 9 months for someone to be working on a ticket layout, a ticket company to work on the graphics/pictures, to get the schedule that came out months ago, and to print them. And now we are getting those ugly generic tickets???? Can't we just print our own tickets, so we can make tickets we will be proud to use???? Can't someone down their come up with something totally inovative and offer the fans a selection of graphics and photos and let us have a secure site to enter and use our personal code as season ticket holders, and design and print our own tickets at home? Wouldn't that cut the cost of the team printing them, especially if they were going to print generic tickets that look worse than made by the new Arena team located in Prescott Valley or worse than the tickets for the Arizona Caliente womens professional football team.

Well, I guess attractive tickets for premium ticket holders, or nose bleed season ticket holders for what it matters, doesn't put wins on the field. But I have always been thrilled to see what each years design is on the ticket and what players are printed. I have also been thrilled getting my tickets as early as possible so I can hand them out to my friends who I get tickets for. So much for planning.

I hope I was told wrong, and anxiously await my tickets that I paid around 5k for this years season. The scalpers will have an easier time passing off fake tickets if they are generic.

Mark,

DHL has been delivering tickets since last week, I got mine yesterday. Mine had a design, I don't know about everyone else's.

I received my tickets last Friday 2/29 via DHL as well. When I emailed to ticket office a few weeks ago they said everyone would have there tickets by 3/1. One thing that wasn't in there was a lanyard showing 2008 season ticket holder that we can wear around our necks that were sent out the last two years. Make sure to bring your season ticket id that came with the tickets if you want to get in early.

I received SOME of my tickets yesterday. I am the one that the former Rattlers office employee talked to yesterday. I was a tad bit bothered by the situation. But here is what has happened...

I received 3 of my 25 season tickets yesterday via US MAIL. They were typical ticketmaster-looking tickets. I made a phone call. Today I received the rest of my tickets via DHL. They are the typical sheet tickets with a design. The 3 that came yetserday are the 3 additional seats I purchased the day of the scrimmage. They were ordered too late to make it to the printers. All is good here, now. Although, I will say we got spoiled with Bobby running things. No lanyard with ID. Untimely service. But Hey, we are guaranteed a successful season. And I am extremely happy with the 1-0 start to the season.

The lanyards were cool, but honestly I'm more concerned with keeping the team than having a lanyard. I hear Mr Bouchy is performing miracles with the money this year, and whatever we have to do to avoid being the next city to lose a team is fine by me cool.gif

Does anyone know if season ticketholders will still have access to the Lexus Club/player autographs before the game? The letter that came with the tickets didn't mention it.

Badges? We don't need no stinking badges!
Wildman Phil
Ha ha. Uh, Ray. Some of us don't have media passes. Badges would be nice, but the season ticket holder ID's are fine. I figure if you want to be classy, laminate your ID and hang it from your Rattlers lanyard. Y'all have one of those teal and white Rattlers lanyards, right?
